My training style is being fit and still looking feminine and sexy and doing it the ALL NATURAL way and that means you have to work for it. I’m here to train and give you a work out routine along with nutritional information for your diet to help you to look and feel your best.
I’m very selective with my clients base and very passionate about what I do. I will only take on clients who I feel is ready for my type of training. I won't take anyone who is not committed or can't follow my instructions. I'm not here to debate anyone about their nutrition and workout, I'm only here to train. If you’re just looking for company, need someone to change your weights or you want to build muscle mass for a competition, then I may not be the right trainer for you. I’m all about looking fit, feminine and fabulous and if these are your goals, please contact me.

Anyone (male or female) looking for fitness advice and would like me to create an individual and specialized workout routine and diet plan to loss weight, get toned or build mass.
To get started, I will asked that you write down and keep a record of what you eat for the week. In order to get the best results, please be honest with me as well as to yourself. You can then email it to me so I can analyze it and personalize your diet accordingly. I will then send you out my recommendation along with work out routines to fit your needs.
Before beginning any diet or exercise program, I recommend that you consult your physician either by phone or in person to make sure you are pronounced fit for physical activities so you would feel more confident to achieve your goals.
